68ji Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "68ji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 68ji platform and the legal entity operating it under PAGCOR licence.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered user of the 68ji platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 68ji website accessible at https://68ji.club, including all sub-pages, games, and services offered thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 68ji Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in a Player's 68ji Account.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority licensing the 68ji Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine electronic wallet services supported as payment methods on the 68ji Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an Account on 68ji, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically present in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or 68ji;
• You are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 68ji, PAGCOR, or any game supplier providing games on the Platform, nor a close family member of such persons.

68ji reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met, and to void any winnings generated during any period of ineligibility.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 68ji Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of balances pending investigation. If you suspect a duplicate account has been opened in your name, contact 68ji support immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your registered mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 68ji requires successful completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear image of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport. 68ji may additionally request a selfie or supporting documents at its discretion. KYC is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68ji login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. Notify 68ji immediately via support channels if you become aware of unauthorised access to your Account. 68ji will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

68ji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time. 68ji does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 68ji is PHP 100 (Philippine Peso, one hundred). Deposit limits may be adjusted by players using the responsible gaming deposit limit controls in their Account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are subject to each bank's internal processing schedule and may take up to one (1) business day. 68ji does not impose withdrawal fees, however your financial institution may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 68ji Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 68ji Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 68ji does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 68ji Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. General betting rules that apply across the Platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 68ji does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of verifiable technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at each game table or sports market and are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sports event, 68ji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player Wallets.
• For live sports markets, bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined (due to data delay or system error) will be voided and stakes returned.
• 68ji reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, collusion, or abuse of market inefficiencies.
• Winnings from voided bets are cancelled; original stakes are returned to the player's 68ji Wallet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

68ji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to Players. The following general conditions apply to all 68ji promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's 68ji Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless expressly stated otherwise.
• 68ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential Account suspension.
• Responsible gaming deposit limits set by a Player take precedence over any bonus eligibility requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 68ji Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2;
• Opening multiple Accounts or assisting others to do so;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit discovered must be reported to 68ji immediately;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 68ji staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel;
• Providing false KYC documents or misrepresenting your identity in any way.

8. Responsible Gaming

68ji is committed to responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 68ji Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected period and will be enforced across all 68ji products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 68ji Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the property of 68ji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any 68ji content without prior written consent from 68ji.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68ji's liability to any Player in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount held in that Player's 68ji Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

68ji shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, power failures, or force majeure events;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including GCash and PayMaya;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 68ji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy

68ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. Details of how 68ji handles your personal data — including what data is collected, how it is used, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights — are set out in the 68ji Privacy Policy, accessible at https://68ji.club/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account on 68ji, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

68ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 68ji will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 68ji Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 68ji's player support to attempt informal resolution. 68ji will respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, Players may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
